This 5 day course reduces the required time to apply for an MCA Yacht Rating from 6 months to 2 months as per MSN 1862. Six months after the MCA Yacht Rating COC is issued, candidates will be able to sit in the MCA Efficient Deckhand course

  • The certificate informs Captains that you have advanced deck skills
  • You can now be included in the yachts safe manning requirement
