CLASS RESERVATIONS & CONFIRMATIONS

A 50% deposit is required to reserve space for a Professional Yacht Training (PYTUSA) course.

Space on any course will be awarded to students that pay their deposit first. The balance of payment is due on or before the course start date. ALL RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL TO: [email protected]

RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Reschedule of a course more than14 days of the start of the course will incur no rescheduling fee.
• Reschedule of a course within 14 days of the start of the course will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
• Any “no shows” will result in having to pay for the course in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• There are no refunds on MOY 200 tons Limited, OOW Navigation and Radar and any Revalidation course
• ON ALL OTHER COURSES PLEASE SEE BELOW:
• Cancellation of a course within 3 days of the initial booking, 100% refund.
• Cancellation of a course more than 14 days from the start of the course, 80% refund, 20% of course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellation of a course within 14 days from the start of the course, 50% refund, 50% of course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

COURSE RESCHEDULING

If PYTUSA is forced to reschedule a course, a notice period of 2 weeks will be given in advance of the course start date. If the student is unable to attend the course, 100% refund will be issued.

EVENTS AND FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Please be aware that there may be certain occasions where Professional Yacht Training (PYTUSA) is unable to run a scheduled course due to circumstances beyond our control. The weather, mechanical issues or not having the minimum number of students required to comply with our safety requirements may result in all or part of a course being cancelled. It is our booking and payment policy that in such cases Professional Yacht Training (PYTUSA) reserves the right to reschedule the training or refund the student at the earliest opportunity.
